Originally from Quebec City, Louisa Lakeb has been practicing law since 2009. From the very start of her career, her entrepreneurial spirit and desire to help others prompted her to found her own firm and develop other businesses over the years. She knows how to draw on her personal experience as an entrepreneur to understand her customers’ needs.

Since joining the firm in 2025, Ms. Lakeb has been assisting clients in both unionized and non-unionized environments with their labour relations, occupational health and safety, and the prevention and management of psychological harassment. Her previous work experience enables her to serve SMEs and public organizations.
