Félix Villeneuve’s practice focuses on corporate transfers and reorganizations, such as mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, start-ups and business financing. He will be your ally in reviewing or drafting agreements of all kinds: commercial leases, service contracts, share or asset purchase and sale agreements, confidentiality agreements and shareholder agreements.

Originally from Thetford Mines, he grew up in Saint-Georges, and it is in the Beauce region that he mainly practices from our Sainte-Marie office. With the success of the entrepreneurs he represents at heart, he will make it his duty to advise you with transparency and rigor, keeping in mind your business and organizational objectives.

A sportsman with a passion for field hockey and dek field hockey, he is naturally a go-getter. His desire to see his clients achieve their goals will be felt even in the most complex transactions, from the negotiation phase right through to the conclusion of legal agreements.
