Freshly sworn in, Me Annie-Claude Béland officially joins Bernier Beaudry’s Quebec City office as a lawyer.

Me Béland’s main areas of practice are construction law, business law, labour law, mergers and acquisitions, corporate and commercial law, and civil and commercial litigation.

Me Béland began her career with Bernier Beaudry in 2019 as an intern paralegal. Following her graduation as a paralegal at Cégep Garneau, she pursued her law studies at Université Laval while working as a paralegal in transactional and corporate law with the firm. She completed her law degree in 2022. Me Béland completed her training at the École du Barreau du Québec and then interned at Bernier Beaudry Avocats et Notaires, under the supervision and guidance of Me Martin Simard.
